– verbena confit, which goes brilliantly with a fish terrine or chicken meat. We also love it in panacotta.

– verbena syrup, very refreshing in summer.

– verbena hydrosol: good for the skin.

– dried verbena: to make infusions

– verbena candles: to create a zen-like fragrance.

– verbena essential oil: calming and soothing

– the preparation of honey with verbena: the green delicacy of verbena combined with sweet acacia honey creates a festival in the taste buds…

Organic verbena from Guilhem Codera

Guilhem Codera’s verbena is ORGANIC and his processed products are #natural #local made from organic sugar without colorants, additives, preservatives… (www.terroir-06.fr).

We plant verbena in autumn and harvest it in August/September in several cuts. It requires water, organic fertilizer, hoeing, good care…and perhaps a lot of passion, the secret ingredient. Part of the harvest is destined for the luxury perfume industry, and the rest for TERROIR-06 production.

So maybe now when we say #VERVEINE, you’ll imagine Guilhem in his field in the Pays de Grasse, Côte d’Azur, France.
