Fougassettes Venturini

It’s a well-known address in Grasse.
Since 1923, LA BOUTIQUE VENTURINI has been the temple of fougassette, a delicately scented orange blossom specialty that is part of the region’s heritage.
Now run by two friendly brothers, the spirit of this gourmet address has not changed since its creation. We like to go there to buy our fougassettes and the excellent pissaladière, another speciality of our region.
It’s Myriam who welcomes us with her smile and good humor, and who beautifully decorates this little boutique that looks like a gourmet’s Ali Baba cave. We like to buy rose or orange blossom confits from GUILHEM CODERA of TERROIR-06, cookies, sour sweets, scalded sweets, lemon and orange sweets. Yum, the sin of gluttony is so tempting!
You’ll also find échaudés, a lemon-scented pastry dating back to the Middle Ages, and nougats and dragées. Let’s not forget pumpkin pie, chocolates, syrups, orange blossom water and more.
