Harvesting daisies in our PPAM garden in organic permaculture

The daisy (Bellis perennis) is present in all the gardens of our gîtes on the Côte d’Azur. But did you know that it is part of what we call edible flowers?
The flowers with their delicate nutty flavor go wonderfully with salads. But those from our garden will delight gourmands and gourmets, sublimated in tagliatelle with daisies, the famous pates’querettes of Antibois chef Yves Terrillon.
