Biot is a pretty village in the Alpes-Maritimes, just 25 minutes from our gites www.locations-06.fr.
We love the gentle way of life in this village, where old stones still take pride of place.
Most of this commune is located in the Sophia Antipolis technology park.
In Biot, we like to visit the Fernand Léger museum, its friendly little shops, including “Laits Et Crus” in the heart of the village, where as soon as you enter the shop, the delicious smells of cheese specialties welcome you and where you will find around fifty varieties of cheese, most of them made from raw milk, go for a drink on the terrace or eat at the restaurants “le Picolo” or “l’Olive” for example…
Among the local artisans, we particularly like to visit ” La Verrerie du Val de Pome “, where the Saba family invites you to discover their creations of bubbled and colored glass, 100% made in Biot.
In short, a visit to Biot, just 25 minutes from our gites www.locations-06.fr, is a must.
