We love going to the CAVATORE nursery, naturally located in Bormes-les-Mimosas.
French mimosa specialists for over forty years, “National Collection of Acacias” awarded by the CCVS (Conservatory of Specialized Plant Collections), their mimosas come from grafts, seedlings and layers. Also discover since 2012, a unique collection of plants from dry land and Mediterranean climates.
We love getting lost in their beautiful arboretum made up of numerous species of adult mimosa which compete in beauty and originality.
This way, you can really see what the chosen mimosa will become in a few years and marvel at its beauty.
In their greenhouses, there is something for everyone: small, large mimosas, fragrant or non-scented flowering, flower color varying from bright yellow to pale yellow, foliage color; we don’t know where to look. There are not only mimosas, but it is this plant that fascinates us!

It is therefore quite natural that Terroir-06 trusts the Cavatore nursery to supply itself with mimosa plants which will be planted nearby Then, planted near our Locations-06 gites. The harvest of their beautiful flowers allows us to make natural mimosa preserves and syrups that you can find on our website www.terroir-06.fr
