\/>Reserve the removed flesh for the stuffing.<br \/>Arrange the zucchini gradually in a previously oiled gratin dish.<\/p>\n<h4>Preparing the stuffing<\/h4>\n<p>Trim the bread so that only the crumb is left and soak it in a bowl of cold milk.<br \/>Chop meats and ham (or ask the butcher to do it).<br \/>Peel a large white onion then finely chop it.<br \/>Sweat the chopped onion in a little olive oil over low heat, without browning it, for around ten minutes.<br \/>Add the minced meats (beef and veal), a crushed garlic clove, the thyme and bay leaf and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, while stirring.<br \/>Salt and pepper.<br \/>Chop the flesh of the vegetables with a knife and add it to the meat.<br \/>Leave to cook for around 20 minutes over low heat.<br \/>Let cool.<br \/>Chop the parsley and the basil, crush the garlic, grate the parmesan.<br \/>Squeeze the bread soaked in milk and add it to the cooled mixture of ground meats and vegetables.<br \/>Pass everything through a mincer again to obtain a fine texture.<br \/>Add the chopped parsley, chopped basil, crushed garlic, grated parmesan, eggs and mix well.<br \/>Adjust seasoning<\/p>\n<h4>Finishing and cooking Ni\u00e7ois stuffings<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0 (thermostat 6).<br \/>Fill the vegetables with stuffing, using a piping bag (it&#8217;s practical and quick), or a small spoon if you prefer.<br \/>Sprinkle each stuffing with breadcrumbs then drizzle with olive oil.<br \/>Bake for an hour.<br \/>Monitor the cooking carefully.<br \/>\nPour a little water into the bottom of the
