Traditionell wird zum Garen ein rundes Backblech in einen Holzofen gestellt. Traditionell wird es mit Polenta serviert und wenn noch etwas \u00fcbrig ist, k\u00f6nnen Sie die Ravioli-F\u00fcllung zubereiten.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"blog-h3\">Was geben wir in den Ni\u00e7oise-Eintopf?<\/h3>\n<p>Dieser Eintopf ist ein gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiges Gericht, das in gro\u00dfen Mengen gekocht wird. Es enth\u00e4lt Rindfleischst\u00fccke (idealerweise Rinderbacke, Gite und Chuck), ein Bouquet garni, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Karotten, etwas Salz, ein sch\u00f6nes Bouquet garni und etwas Orangenschale, oder noch besser Bitterorange. Nicht zu vergessen eine Flasche vollmundigen Rotweins, in dem das Fleisch \u00fcber Nacht mit dem Bouquet garni mariniert wird.<br \/>Kleiner Tipp f\u00fcr einen guten Eintopf: Garzeit. Also keine Kartoffeln, Mais oder gr\u00fcne Bohnen!!!!!
